Return & Refund Policy

At Humble Babies, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.


Change of Mind & Sizing Returns

If you've ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible


Please note:

  • Sale, clearance, personalised, or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and any faults


Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

In some cases, we may request that the item be returned for assessment before a remedy is provided.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at:


Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you would prefer an exchange or store credit (where applicable)

Our team will provide return instructions.


Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.


Store credits and refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or via store credit, depending on the return outcome.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

For approved cancellations made prior to processing, a 7% administration fee may be deducted to cover payment processing and merchant fees.


Delivery Delays & Event Purchases

Many of our outfits are purchased for special occasions such as christenings, birthdays, weddings, and family celebrations.


While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to postal carrier performance and circumstances outside our control.


For this reason, we recommend ordering well in advance of your event date.

Delivery delays alone do not qualify an order for refund or return.
