Your products will usually be shipped out between 1 - 4 business days from day order is placed. Shipment takes approximately 7 to 21 business days to reach most destinations in Australia. For some country locations, it could take longer. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent out as soon as your order is dispatched. We currently ship all our products using Australia Post, or subcontract delivery partner as needed. Please note that our delivery / shipping times are estimated and based on past orders. Shipping times commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other third party causes. Shipping times are in business days and no not include weekends or public holidays. PREORDER ITEMS If you have placed an order for an item that is on pre-order please check the ETA on the product listing. Pre-order items will be sent out as soon as possible.

If you have placed an order with us and have yet to receive a confirmation email with your tracking (express only), please contact us via email as soon as possible. Please ensure you have allowed 2-4 business days for the confirmation of order dispatch to arrive by email. This is normal dispatch times. If you have recieved a confirmation email, but no tracking was included please reach out to us, and we can double check and confirm your tracking number. Alternatively tracking numbers will be updated to your member account, and this is usually synced a few days after the delivery confirmation email. If you have a tracking number, but the parcel has not arrived yet (pause in tracking activity) or hasnt been delivered, it is best to contact Australia Post or the appropriate shipping partner direct. However we are happy to assist. Please note that our shipping partners are third-party companies and we have no control over their operations or delivery schedule. Any shipping delays are beyond our control, please use our postage times as a guide only.

Our products are intended for use by children. Safety is of our upmost importance, with our products only being made of high quality materials. All silicone products are Food Grade, 100% Silicone, BPA free, and no nasties. All our products have been manufactured and tested to meet Australian and international safety standards. We have also sampled products to ensure they are of standard. All products are also examined before leaving our warehouse to ensure they are free from damage and safe to use. However sometimes small defects may be missed, we advise you to please check your products on arrival to ensure they are free from damage and are not faulty BEFORE using them with your children. If you receive a faulty product we will remedy the item for you. If the product becomes faulty with use please refrain from using as it may be unsafe. Clothing products may arrive with some loose threads from manufacturing. These are easily and gently pulled off. However all buttons and cloth should be free from stains and in-tact. Please note sometimes material types or styles can change in manufacturing, and we may not have realised - we do our best to give accurate material type and colours. Please note that wood products - as they are from natural grain may vary in colour and have texture. However items should not have sharp or rough edges. Wood products are painted and designed for safe use by children.

Silicone - We recommend that you wash any silicone products before and immediately after each use. Use warm water, a soft sponge and mild detergent, or wash it in your dishwasher. Towel dry to keep silicone mark free. Silicone can also be sterilised with boiling water or in a sterilising machine. Silicone should not discolour, however foods with strong herbs and spiced or colouring may leave stains, however in most cases these can be removed with a few washes. Sometimes silicone can smell strong when first unwrapped - this smell should reduce after first wash. If there are wood parts to your utensils these should be unclipped if possible and only wiped over. Wood - Wood products should be wiped over and towel dried only. Soaking (or child mouthing products) will cause wood products to swell, and if painted the paint to crack. Clothing and cloth items - We recommend to gently wash for first use. Some items can be machine washed on a gentle cool cycle, others should be hand washed only. Hang to air dry. Please only hand wash play mats only.

We carry a number of gift hampers and gift sets on our online store. Majority of these are made by local suppliers and can include a gift message, an d sent direct to your gift receiver. Some gift sets cannot have a gift card attached, but we are happy to post out a card flor you, ahead of its arrival. If you do not supply a gift message we will assume one is not needed. Please note that we cannot alter or add additional items in gift hampers or sets. Any additional items in your order will be sent separately. Please note that as hampers and gift sets are made by local suppliers, there m ay be an instance where an item in its content is unavailable. In this case we will ensure that it is replaced with another similar or suitable item of equal or greater value, or if needed multiple items. In some cases the box or colour style may also have changed, but we will try to ensure that photos online are as current as possible. As hampers are made to order, we do not refund on these. If you order a hamper and its ends up not being available at the supplier, we will either contact you to find a substitute, refund, or if able to will work with the supplier to have the item made and sent out as soon as its ready. Please allow additional processing times (aka making time) for hampers, before they are shipped out. Normal items can take 1-4 processing days, Hampers can take up to 10.

SIZING: We stock a complete range of baby clothes designed for infants from newborn to toddling age of about 24 months. Getting the size right is important, particularly for very young babies. Any ill-fitting clothing is uncomfortable and we want your child to feel happy & content at every age. COLOUR DISCLAIMER: Please note that we try to display our products in natural light with minimal filtering so that colours are as true-to-life as possible. However we cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. This is as every computer monitor or phone/pad screen has different capacities and settings for colour display, so colours may vary. Please read product descriptions to be sure on colour details, if further descriptions about product colour is given. Colours can vary from product to product, this is due to some items being manufactured by a different supplier. This may mean that some items although listed as the same colour, may be slightly different shades. You may find that we have given a similar colour an additional number ie: Baby pink 1, Baby pink 2 if we feel there may be differences. For guarantee of same colour we do recommend to buy sets of products, rather than products individually. If in doubt contact us before ordering.
